Hercules Wifi N Mini USB Key

Based on the new WiFi 802.11n standard, the key allows for data rates of up to 300Mbps* (required by the 11n standard): that?s 5.5 times as fast as the previous 802.11g standard.

Its incredibly small size, only 1.5 x 2.2cm (without the USB connector), makes it easy to transport, allowing users to always enjoy the best data rates on their PC: the ideal solution for laptop PCs.

Equipped with 2 integrated MIMO antennas, this key allows users to access even very remote WiFi networks, whether 11n or 11g ("box" or router).

Maximum data security via WPA and WPA2 encryption

This review is from: Hercules Wifi N Mini USB KeyI have this plug as a back up to the original wireless g standard in my acer net book. The devices small form factor makes it less easier to be knocked out of the usb plug area. The blue light once the adapters connected is pretty cool and bright. The built in dual antennae provides 300mbps all the way. The amount of data depends if you use a wireless n router, even so i used it with a wirless g router and still get the maximum my router can provide and this adaptor can hog up a wireless connection kinda of splashing out the other connected devices. Overall in my opinion great product......

This review is from: Hercules Wifi N Mini USB KeyBought this because of the "N" speed and sitting near my router it is nearly as fast as my wired connection (speakeasy.net). However, where I am using it upstairs, it is useless. I believe the reason is that it is so small that it has no antenna length no matter how many times they wrap it around the unit internally. My larger "G" USB unit works fine (I was hoping for a speed increase)but this one just can't cut it. Gave it 3 stars anyway because if you are close to the source, then it's fine. Also, software installed flawlessly and worked well with XP and Windows 7....

This review is from: Samsung Galaxy 551 I5510 Unlocked Phone with Android OS, Slide-Out QWERTY Keyboard, 3.2MP Camera and Wi-Fi-Unlocked Phone - International Warranty - Blackgot the phone the other dayit's kind of hard to access the upper side of the keyboard buttons but the rest looks okfor the money spent looks to be a good oneAndroid is running smooth and picks the WiFi networks around...

This review is from: Samsung Galaxy 551 I5510 Unlocked Phone with Android OS, Slide-Out QWERTY Keyboard, 3.2MP Camera and Wi-Fi-Unlocked Phone - International Warranty - BlackI've ordered it for my daughter - was just looking for an unlocked QWERTY entry level Android. Got the phone the other day - i was ordering the one from Amazon. So what i've received was:- the phone itself: it is a not a factory unlocked version - it is a hacked / unlocked version of Orange (EU operator) phone, with Orange software (you can't uninstall this), Orange logos on it and the worst thing - not a QWERTY keyboard. This is a French version, so you get AZERTY keyboard, since French keyboard looks different.- what i've received in the box also left a strange impression: it was sent not in original box (at least Samsung was spelled correctly on the box), "hand-crafted" manual with a lot of spelling mistakes, the phone itself was not in original protective shields (looked like it was opened before), earphones in the packcage with English / GB marking, while charger was maked in French.Anyhow, this is still a good phone, and if you are ok with a French AZERTY keyboard and not a factory unlocked phone you may want to try it. Otherwise you may want to try the one from eBay. I will be returning the phone to Amazon, and will most most probably be looking for another phone from other vendors....

This review is from: Samsung Galaxy 551 I5510 Unlocked Phone with Android OS, Slide-Out QWERTY Keyboard, 3.2MP Camera and Wi-Fi-Unlocked Phone - International Warranty - BlackI've ordered this phone from 2 different sellers. Each time, the phone has arrived with a keyboard that is laid out different from standard US QWERTY keyboard. The item description shows QWERTY keyboard. The physical keyboard on the phone is AZERTY, which means a few keys are rearranged. A and Q are swapped. W and Z are swapped. The M is moved to the right of L. I wanted the slide out keyboard for easy texting, which is very difficult with some keys in the wrong places. The phone does have a pop-up on screen keyboard, which is QWERTY, when you close the slide out. But that defeats the purpose of the slide-out.Other than the keyboard, the phone is my first Android phone. It seems to work well. No complaints about the functionality, or the software....

Savor the Southwest (Tr) <span style="text-transform:capitalize; font-size: 16px;">[Paperback]

The ingredients may be down-home, but the recipes that more than a dozen Southwest chefs have put forward in Barbara Pool Fenzl's Savor the Southwest are decidedly upscale. There's something about Silver Dollar Crab Cakes on Corn Pancakes that cries out "home on the yuppie range." And that's another way of saying "food for entertaining." This book moves, chapter by chapter, from one delicious-sounding dish to another. Very few of them, however, have that certain fix-something-for-the-family ring. This is the book to pull off the shelf when you want to pull out the stops and really put on a different kind of spread. Roasted Acorn Squash Soup may well be the tamest-sounding recipe in the book. That's not to say that the addition of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce isn't going to have an impact. How about Salmon Mousse Tamales with Edible Flowers? Put those nibbles out at a party and people will go home talking. Fenzl divides her text into chapters on appetizers and salads; soups, stews, and chilis; main courses; vegetables; breads and tortillas; desserts; and salsa, sauces, and relishes. The contributing chefs are the cream of the southwestern crop who have yanked the foods of the Southwest into the 21st century. Green Chile Fettuccine with Shrimp, anyone? Ancho-Glazed Chicken? Chocolate Tacos Filled with Hazelnut-Chocolate Mousse? This may be not everyday fare, but it's sure a great way to plan a party. --Schuyler Ingle

This review is from: Savor the Southwest (Tr) [Paperback]This cookbook offers some of the most delectable dishes in the Southwest. Written in easy to use recipes--easy to follow and never fail. We have prepared at least one meal a week since receiving the book, and haven't found one we didn't like yet! Even inexperienced cooks will find it easy to cook from--try it, now!...

This review is from: Savor the Southwest (Tr) [Paperback]I have had trouble finding a Southwestern cookbook that either doesn't oversimplify the ingredient list, or was so authentic that I was afraid to commit the time necessary to try a recipe. This book strikes a nice balance....

This review is from: Savor the Southwest (Tr) [Paperback]This is a fun book. However, unless you have time and access to a Mexican market, it may be difficult to prepare some of the dishes. The few I've made have been well worth the effort, and I have enjoyed reading it....
