This review is from: Stick Up Digital Clock with Date - See Throughi bought this to put up near the television so we could see the time easily. we don't keep our family room well lit because we generally watch television in the family room. this clock is very difficult to read in low to medium lit rooms. i taped a white piece of paper behind the digits, but that still doesn't help much as the text is not bright at all even though the picture of it here on Amazon.com looks bright. ah well....

The suction cup doesn't stick on anything - falls off windows within a minute - and because it's clear, it has to be placed with a lighted background in order for the digits to be visible. Additionally, the small buttons to set the clock are near the suction cup so trying to stick it on something usually results in an inadvertent push of the buttons so the time setting goes awry and then needs to be reset. Not recommended....
