The video quality is not that good and the cable is not that easy to manipulate but in general I am happy with the product.

This review is from: Gooseneck WebcamThe camera hardware works as documented, you just need the driver which is on the cd. The software that comes with it is not worth loading. loads at startup, so it assumes you always want the camera available, but it can't even tell you have a built in camera also. i could not get the software to switch off the built in notebook camera and select the phillips gooseneck. fortunately, microsoft has built in software that will work and allow to select which camera to use. and i did check for and download the "improved" version that still didn't work.if i were phillips, i'd be ashamed of such software, but the hardware will fit my need to see into tight places and is worth the money.
