It is the 4th Panasonic in our household. This is the brand we trust to last for several years. He particularly likes the macrozoom feature which allows him to shoot within inches of a subject. He has been able to use sports setting even in low light to shoot evening scenery with no distortion of the subject. I did extensive research on point & shoots and Panasonic always seems to come out on top for the features we want without having to invest in an expensive D-SLR.

It does all the thinking for you. Wish it had a little better zoom. However, it is excellent otherwise. Very vivid pictures that are easy to blow up to large size without distortion. Handy to carry around, good choice for vacation.

It's quiet good camera for it's: cool look, low price,nice HD video capture,normal zoom and for it's functins.1.HD video is good quality , zoom doesn't not work while recording but you can adjust zoom before starting recording!2.picture quality real good using smart auto focusing. At first you have to press lightly capture button and after you see green light on the screen you must push down the button more hardly to take auto focused picture. Picture quality defends on background light. In night while using flash light it's recomanded to take photo in close distance ,because flash is not as strong as professional's one.Out door pictures are more accurate . Indoor using is specific, you have to take consideration with light directions, try always if it's possible to stand against light source with your back (light sources are sometimes windows, television ,lamp and everything else that lights).Read the manual to guess use of the features of the Camera , more you know easier it is to take high quality pictures!!! I recomend this camera to everyone to this price range. I'm sure you will love it!!!
