The clip by which the camera is attached to the laptop is a nifty little thing--you can't see it in the picture. You do need VERY good lighting for a really clear picture, but I'd definitely recommend this webcam.
This review is from: Micro Innovations 100K WebcamThe camera is good quality for the price. It can be removed from the little stand and hooked right onto the front of a laptop screen. Installation is very easy, just follow the directions (pop in the CD before you hook up the cam). The only thing I'm bothered by is the lighting adjustment. If you're under bright fluorescent you should be fine, but it creates funny shadows and odd colors in dimmer light. It's certainly not something that would make me stop using it however.
