The main reason I bought this is because I didn't want to get the 3G Ipads for my wife and I since I already had a data plan with the above stated cards. (Why pay again) Once I set this up I plug it into a inverter in my truck and while I drive along my wife can surf with her IPad when I get to my folks house (who have no Internet) I create my own WIFI network and we don't go completly insane during our visit....

The last ticket was submitted two weeks ago and I still have not had a response. They do not have a Tech Help line to call. No phone number or web site info is provided with the paperwork, so I had to find them on my own.I will never buy from this company again. I had to send the unit back to Amazon for a refund because I couldn't get Tech help before my time ran out for a return. Don't waste your time or money with this company....
