This review is from: Amped Wireless High Power Wireless-N 600mW Pro USB Adapter (UA600EX)wasn't sure what to expect when i bought this product. i just needed to get my wifi signal from one side of my house to another and this seemed like it was the product to do that. i hooked it up, started to install the software on my Windows desktop computer and called support to walk me through it. To my amazement, their support department is located in California and they were very very helpful. they told me there was a software/driver update available and I downloaded it from their website. NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THEIR LATEST DRIVERS FOR WINDOWS. WORKS BEAUTIFULLY...After they helped me install it, i was able to get 5 bars where i previously had NO BARS. amazing. i can also see an additional 20 networks i couldn't before. Great stuff but make sure you call support or go to their website to download the latest drivers for windows computers!Great product great support...

No problems at all, like stated by other reviewers, remember the driver, VERY IMPORTANT, or else you'll be stuck trying to figure out why things aren't connecting properly or being recognized. Reception is unbelievable now!...
This review is from: Amped Wireless High Power Wireless-N 600mW Pro USB Adapter (UA600EX)love this product. wanted to get more range to connect in my home which has a lot of walls and metal objects (horrible wifi enviornment) saw this online, found it on amazon, installed it in less than 5 minutes. instant triple the range i had before. this thing comes with a really long usb cable which i use to put the adapter outdoors sometimes just to see how many networks i can find, and i find almost 20 new networks... advertised for boats and rvs but i use it in a home and love it. can see why boaters would too... just wish i had a yacht to put it on :)just make sure you download the latest windows drivers. i hit a snag during install but their US based support helped guide me to the latest drivers which made the thing work falwlessly...
