I have purchased 2 of these. The first, which was for myself, had a few problems with the intial set-up and connection with the isp, but was finally able to get that issue fixed and didn't have a problem with it since. The second, purchased for a friend and it too had issues with connecting to the isp. Whenever it had an issue, had to go in and reset the modem. Also, it wouldn't connect with all wireless equipment. I upgraded to broadband an took my modem to my friends and after a little difficulty, had it set-up for them and was able to wirelessly connect the other equipment with no problems....
