So I wanted just a simple, good dual alarm radio. I love this one. The radio reception is great, the alarm is good, starts out low and gets louder. I wish I could set it differently for Monday through Friday than for weekends, but that's not a show stopper, and I did want a simple radio/alarm....
This review is from: RCA RC05 Dual Wake Alarm Clock Radio (Black)The alarm clock is the perfect brightness -- it doesn't act as a night light in a dark room, but I can see it easily in all light levels. It's also a good size, as I don't like bulky alarm clocks. My only complaint is that it can take a while to change the alarm time. There are no separate buttons for hour and minute, and even at top speed it doesn't cycle through the minutes fast enough to change the alarm by several hours. It makes it an annoyance when I just want to take a short nap in the middle of the day. However, it's still the best alarm clock I've owned....

I bought this one for my kid, getting ready for college, the dual alarm hopefully will make getting up, happen! each alarm has buzzer or radio....
