I've been told that there are a few bugs to work out, but if you just go to the Caliber website there is an update for the unit on the website that you can download to the preloaded SD card. For it's price, I personally think it's one of the best out there on the market. My friend got a MIO on black friday and it works just the same. If you can't figure out how to use the unit after a few minutes of messing around with it, I say you are just technologically inept. It's easy to use and comes with plenty of cool features (MP3 and picture viewer). I also suggest that if you do not have a USB or built in sandisk card reader for your computer to get one as well, there are a lot of cheap ones out there and it will be pretty crucial for the software updates (unless you have the usb cable for the GPS unit....
