The book includes infant and toddler foods, necessities for baking, and a variety of snacks. This review is from: Gluten-Free Diet: A Shopping Guide [Paperback]After my niece was diagnosed with celiac, my sister encouraged the whole family to be tested for the disease. Much to my surprise, my blood work indicated I had the marker and my doctor encouraged me to cut gluten from my diet. I resisted - primarily because I found shopping for gluten free products overwhelming and complicated. I am so happy to have found a useful - and easy! - guide to help me through that process. This book is an amazing "must" resource for anyone interested in shopping gluten free. Highly recommended!! Gluten-Free Diet: A Shopping Guide...

This review is from: Gluten-Free Diet: A Shopping Guide [Paperback]I'm new to gluten free; so this is a helpful shopping guide. The products were indexed by name brands, and divided by general sections in a store. I would have liked to have an index that listedthe specific items (i.e. bread, chips, pickles, lunchmeat, etc)in alphabetic order in the back of this book for quicker reference to the page. Also, condensing the spacing and type would help it fit into my purse better. Two other guides that I highly recommend are: "Living Gluten Free For Dummies" by Dana Korn; and "The Gluten Free Bible" by br Jax Lowell....
