The author has weeded through hundreds of scientific studies as well as nutrition facts (the information on polyphenols alone is worth the price of admission) to bring us information that is either not told to us by medical professionals, or is grossly watered down. Thought it would be just another health book eat this & do that.But Wow is all I can say, it really will open your eyes about our food supply our government & CDC & FDA. And from all my contacts & study's she is right on. If you eat you need this book!I too have Multiple schlerosis and have suffered so many similar symptoms I thought I wrote the book , had to check the front HAHA.But no I really suffered along the same lines and she answered alot of things, I could never get ansered from a regular doctor or homeopathic Doc.
