We purchased this for a family member who is about as tech-savvy as a potato. The interface is very straight-forward, entering a destination is keenly intuitive, and guidance through the route is accurate and timely for upcoming turns. For the price of this GPS (solidly under $100), this was definitely a good buy.As for the shipment, tracking was easy, and the shipment arrived when promised....

My learning curve with utilizing this product wasn't very long. I purchased it a week before a trip and had plenty of time to learn how to use the important features that would help me on my trip. I had no trouble inputting info, but the route the GPS wanted to take from her house to mine was an extremely long, out-of-the-way route. I was able to change it to a more direct route, but could not save the route. I tried sending an email and calling the 800 number for the company, but no one ever responded, so I returned it....
