Windows XP SP3 does not detect a microphone (or missing driver) and no instructions or disk came with the camera. None of the video programs are able to do any sort of digital Zoom either. So this appears to be just a standard web cam. No manufacturer identified so you can't download drivers. Disappointing.,,,Tim10/29/2010 note: This company was VERY cooperative in researching this issue. I was even given a nice refund. I would do business with New Harbor again.
