This review is from: TomTom XL 335SE 4.3-Inch GPS NavigatorI just purchased this GPS. Was able to open the box, tun in on, enter an address (did not even look at the manual)Very intuitive & easy to use. After reading the manual I realized this GPS does have some cool featuresPOI - 7 million of them (and you can download others for no charge)IQ Route - Picks the fastest route (by day, time, posted speed limits and actual speeds)Speaks the street names so you dont have to look at the GPS while driving and you can keep your eyes on the roadLatest maps - This unit is up to date as of Dec 2010 from what I understand or you can update the maps online with the included usb cableHELP Me feature - give you your exact location so you can relay it to police. fire Plus a few more featuresI though the window clip worked very well (my Garmin was always falling off the window)Highly recommend for $79 - $99 at Walmart or AmazonLarge viewing screen 4.3"...

This review is from: TomTom XL 335SE 4.3-Inch GPS NavigatorThis is the first/only GPS I have ever purchased. I got it at Wal-Mart and paid a decent price around $80. I did not have any trouble figuring it out and using it. HOWEVER there were some drawbacks. The battery seems to discharge a littke even when not being used. (I would say always have the charger with you.) It also does NOT have free map updates which is disappointing, but how often do we buy new road maps anyway? The last thing was it having incorrect names of streets more than once, and trying to have me turn left at a "No Left Turn". But it recalculated and I got home. I like that it knows your speed (though some of the speeds are not correct on the GPS). I am not sure if it is a Tom Tom issue with the maps. This will get you where you are going and help get you home if you are lost. But making sure you have researched where you are going at home would be a good idea....
