The problem is that it can be a hassle. We use some coconut oil in cooking (and found a whipped 50-50 blend of butter and unscented coconut oil makes an excellent spread) - but tablespoons of it gagged us! After doing research on the concentrated coconut oil health benefits of monolaurin, especially for colds and flu, I was sold on using monolaurin. The other problem was that we also take several other supplements. I can force myself to take them because I think of the health benefits. However, the thought of more capsules wasn't flying well with the family. These little pellets were a perfect answer! They are VERY easy to take. They actually make it much easier to take the other supplements as well. Mixing the pellets with the other stuff makes it easier to swallow them. The icing on the cake was that they are also much more cost effective (especially in the economy size), so that taking a substantial daily preventative amount became affordable for us. They got them here quickly so, with everything else, I have to give them a thumbs up. (They also have other "Ultimate" products.
