I especially love the lights on the sides and the ability to dim them during the day and enhance them for the evening. I keep this player in my kitchen/family room. It has a great sound and works well for hearing music from almost any room. I would have enjoyed the option of a remote with this unit. That way I could change playlists or songs from the sofa or chair with a click of the button....

This review is from: IHOME iP40BVC iPod/iPhone Alarm Clock Radio (Black)I bought it to replace a larger iHome unit. This one is better, takes up less room, and charges my iPhone at night. Wake to music on your iPhone, too. The side blue lights dim to being off by tapping the snooze button. Best, I have more room on the nightstand....
