The item was supposed to ship on 19 or 20 August. By 26 August I had received no shipping information or any indication that the item had shipped. I contacted Sunset Electronics only to find they "don't know why it hasn't shipped". I canceled the order. I will not order from Sunset Electronics again. I went to Best Buy to get the camera. NOTE: This is the first time I have had to cancel an order placed through Amazon.com. I have always been satisfied with their service in the past. This order was through another seller linked to Amazon.com.
