We weren't disappointed. The camera is easy to use, compact (my wife wanted one to carry in her purse), no sticking buttons, great low light and close up capabilities. We've had it almost a month and so far highly recommend it as a step up from the typical beginner, under $100.00 digital camera.

Takes pretty good close up photos of small items, which is what we needed. Downloading photos isn't as intuitive as most new digital cameras, but it's ok once you get used to it. It's easy to use the camera itself.
