To work it is incredibly easy and I love the way the alarm starts off slowly with the flashing light and then starts to ring. I am very happy with this purchase!!...

I have had my Big Ben alarm clock for a few years now and have never had a problem with it. The light does wake me up with no problem. And it looks good. If you need a loud buzzer to wake you up, perhaps you need to check your lifestyle or sleeping habits. Why have an annoying noise wake you up when a gentle light can do it?I highly recommend this product. No one paid me to say that....
