Had it up and running in minutes and it's held a fast, consistent signal since I bought it. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but Hawking makes great products. Like anything, it requires a little know how and patience to configure it correctly, but once you do, it's fantastically fast and stable....

After spending many hours on the phonewith a custmer service that could barely speak English and being told that my Router was the problem. I was toldto buy a Hawking Router and that would solve my problem with the channel changing from channel 11 to 6. Well I bought a HawkingRouter and still could not make them work for more than a few hours and I would to reset and cut power off 3 to 4 times per week tobe able to get on the internet. I sent everything back to amazon for a refund. I would never buy a Hawking product or would advise anyone else to do so....
