The popper I had beed using was a 2oz popper and I had to pop 3 batches of popcorn in order to make enough. When I found this machine I was very excited that it was labeled as a 6oz popcorn machine. That would mean that I would only need to pop 1 (maybe 2) batches at a time. As it turns out, the machine is only a 4oz popper. The product is listed here a 6oz poppper and the box was labeled as a 6oz popper when it arrived. However, when you look at the information printed on the door of the machine it clearly indicated that this is a 4oz machine. I found the label on the door after I had already determined (by the amount of corn I could actually pop) that this was a 4oz popper. I would send it back and get the other poppper but I have very limited space and this machine is the perfect size to fit on my counter. This was yet another reason I was excited to find this machine. It was supposedly a 6oz machine that had a height of less that 21" (the perfect size sine my counter is 20 1/4" high). Since I cannot find another one that pops more but fits in the space I have, I will keep this one.The two stars is based solely on my dissappointment of finding that this is a 4oz and not a 6oz machine. To be fair, I am enjoying nearly everything else about it. It is super quiet, I had to look carefully to see that the shaft was spinning to ensure that it was turned on. The holes and tray for collecting the unpopped kernels is great....

It pops the right amount for 2 adults and 2 kids. I wish the set up directions were a little better. Had to go to the website to see a clear picture of how it should be set up.Would buy again....
