Still experimenting with the fineness and length of the grind. It would have been nice if the instructions gave more guidance in the matter. (That's why 4 stars instead of five.) I realize that tastes and coffee vary but having an approach suggested would be a help. Nonetheless it's a big step forward in taste and consistency from our blade grinder....

This purchase was a gift for my sister. I have a machine that is used daily and is 4 years old, works like new. Static mess/"cling" other reviewers mention is an occasional problem where I live but it depends on the humidity. I only see it in the winter when it is dry. Not a big problem. Recommended....
