I found this out when the pc would not boot up, went to another pc and attached this hub to it and the pc locked up and I had to reboot, on reboot the pc locked up at the memory test, I removed the device from the pc and it works fine now....
This review is from: iHome 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub (White)I looked at a few other USB hubs but ended up settling on this. When I got it out of the box and put it together I was really happy. It has a rubbery base which prevents it from sliding all over my desk - A big bonus because the last one I purchased was falling on the floor regularly. This little guy also has an amazing seven (7) ports, so you'll never be without a place to plug your stuff in again....
