The mic is a barely functional, I have stopped wasting time trying to make it work. Image quality is acceptable but not super clear, even when focused. You have no auto-focus, so you have to preview the video while rotating the small dial on the front (around the lens) until you are in focus, then don't move around a lot. One nice feature it has, however, is there is a small wheel on the back that allows you to turn on a ring of LEDs around the edge of the camera. Not much use if you have decent lighting, but if you don't it makes low light almost decent. Seems to hold up pretty well, I have been moving it between two computers and it has continued to function without problems.
