He can't even get the navigator to get him to an address that is 10 years old. I went on line to update the card and they wanted me to pay $15.00 for shipping of the updated card. I am very dissapointed and I will never purchase anything from Amazon again. Refurbished should not mean 10 years outdated.A very dissapointed customer....
