This phone would have been a good deal if it didn't arrive at my house with the charger literally broken. (good thing i bought a usb cable for it). This phone is extremely sluggish and takes its own time to respond.Being adventurous i decided to upgrade the OS from the 6.1 it came with to the official 6.5. (i'm no stranger to these types of stuff) i was taken back when the phone refused to boot up, so i though ok, hard reset will fix this but to my surprise none of the reset methods work.On a positive not the camera is pretty good.If ur not looking for a decent camera for this price DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE....
