How to Use Joyoung CTS-1098?
Steps:
1. Using included measuring cup, measure one level cup of dry soybeans
2. Cover beans with 2-3 inchs of water and soak 6-10 hours. After soaking, be sure to wash your soybeans thoroughly.
3. Fill cylinder with water up to the maximum fill level. And then,Place all soaked soybeans directly into cylinder
4. Position machine head onto cylinder and place in a safe position
5. Attach power cord.
6. Press only the "Full bean milk" button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. The process takes about 20 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with a flashing power light indicate the cycle is completed.

With one less component, (the heat tube), it's easier to clean.Cons:- smaller capacity. For my family 4 person), we feel we need a little bit bigger capacity. My previous model, 4 year old, seems bigger.p.s. My previous model is a Joyoung too. It was bigger, a little noiser. As time goes on (we use it almost daily), the blade lost the sharpness. I hope we can just replace the part, to reduce the environment impact. Other than the dull blade, it's still a working machine....
