Good size as it will fit in a shirt pocket (good to take with you when camping or hunting). Very good stone just use honing oil with it.......

I use with drilling-oil. This stone makes sharpening a really dull knife quicker because it gets the blade into form faster and then finish off with medium grit. Great for use and teaching....
